MRC PROMOTES DESERVING EMPLOYEES

 MRC is delighted to announce a number of staff promotions. After exceptional performance in their current roles, we feel they are well placed to take on the challenges of new positions within the company.

Tokunboh Ojeyemi, a seasoned quantitative expert with 11years of market research experience,has been promoted to the position of Deputy Research Director. Tokunboh, a graduate of International Relations from the Obafemi Awolowo University, possesses great knowledge, skill and experience which give him a unique position from which to take on this leadership role. Hehas handled a variety of projects surveys on security alertness andnorthern Nigeria citizens’ perceptions. He has also shepherded a number of winning proposals for MRC. Tokunboh’s areas of strength lie in census studies and perception surveys. During hisfiveyears ofexperience as a field co-ordinator,he has worked to ensure that MRCcontinues to provide great insights and working solutions to its clients. We are confident that Tokunboh will excel in his new leadership position.

Also recognized in this season of merits is MRC qualitative expert Funmilola Olufunso-Oke. Funmilola has been promoted to the position of SeniorResearch Manager. Her robust personality has given her an understanding of how to actively engage research respondents, prompting consistently insightful responses. Her background in economics gives her an edge in report writing, and also the foresight to construct accurate working solutions. Funmilola brings to this new role 10 years of market research experience, through which she has been mentored by some of the best in the industry. It is expected that Funmilola will continue to contribute positively to MRC through her new role.

The Group Managing Director, Sola Akinnagbe has expressed his pleasure in these promotions and hopes the two will assist in mentoring the next generation of industry experts.

Other promotions within MRCinclude Hamza Kabir  to ResearchManager, Dorcas Omowole to Senior Research Executive, and Tunji Ajiboye and Segun Olajorin to the position of Data Analyst, Lawrence Adebayo has advanced to Manager,  Afe Folorunsho to Assistant Manager and Samuel Ojewale to Assistant Officer
